Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Original paintings and custom-made artworks cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 15 days after approval, please contact us at the email above.
Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
