Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@packstein.com and let us know that you wish to return your order. We will then provide you with instructions and the address to which the item should be sent.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as the return address may vary depending on the type of product. Sending an item to a different address may result in delays in processing your return and possible additional costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Commissioned artworks and products made to the customer's specifications or personalized to their individual needs cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Customs Duties and Unclaimed Packages

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges associated with importing the shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If the customer fails to accept or refuses the shipment, including due to unpaid customs duties or other import charges, all shipping and return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
