Each print is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time

Czech Republic: 2–4 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Other countries: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Customs and import fees

For international orders outside the European Union, customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage during shipping

If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend not accepting it or opening it in the presence of the courier and documenting any damage immediately. This will significantly help with resolving claims with the shipping carrier.
