Shipping Policy
The production and shipping process varies depending on the type of print:
Open Edition Prints are printed and shipped by an external printing company (theprintspace.com). Orders are produced as close to the destination country as possible. Orders to the US are printed and shipped directly within the US and are therefore not subject to import tariffs.
Limited Edition Prints are packed and shipped directly by me from the Czech Republic. They are currently available for shipping within the Czech Republic and to countries outside the European Union only.
Each print is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:

Czech Republic: 2–4 business days

Other countries: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Open Edition Prints shipped within the US are not subject to import tariffs, as they are produced and shipped directly within the US.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damage During Shipping
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery or opening the package in the presence of the delivery person and documenting any damage immediately. This can significantly help with resolving a claim with the shipping carrier.
